About the camp:
The camp is a training program specifically designed for middle school athletes looking to take their training to the next level. Athletes will be taught the foundations of core and weight training, along with an integrated approach to speed, agility, and quickness drills used in most high school and college training programs. Regardless of common myths surrounding youth weight training, current research shows overwhelming support that an integrated, well supervised, and progressive weight training program is an essential element in preparing a young athlete for competition in virtually every sport. Each camp is limited to 18 campers.
Director: Jade Molina
Jade Molina is currently the head of the middle school tackle football program and middle school spiritual life director here at Oaks Christian. He previously served as head of strength and conditioning. A United States Navy veteran, Molina spent several years as a physical readiness coordinator for the Navy. He was also the director of performance for Elite Athletics, where he oversaw the off-season training programs for high performance athletes in the NFL, MLB, and NBA..
