About the camp:

The camp is a training program specifically designed for middle school athletes looking to take their training to the next level.  Athletes will be taught the foundations of core and weight training, along with an integrated approach to speed, agility, and quickness drills used in most high school and college training programs.  Regardless of common myths surrounding youth weight training, current research shows overwhelming support that an integrated, well supervised, and progressive weight training program is an essential element in preparing a young athlete for competition in virtually every sport.  Each camp is limited to 18 campers.
