About the camp:

Campers will learn the fundamentals of lacrosse, such as passing, catching, cradling, ground balls, and will engage in game-like situations. The coaches will focus on the individual skills of each player in a positive and fun environment. We will also cover team offense and defensive sets as well as uneven and transition situations. Come learn the game and have fun!  Players should wear cleats and bring any equipment they have (stick, helmet, gloves, pads, mouth guard). All levels of experience are welcome. This is a great way to experience lacrosse for the first time, but it will require boys to have their own chest/shoulder pad. Lunch is provided daily. Camp ends most days with time in the Oaks Christian pool.
