About the camp:
Strength and Conditioning Camp has three primary goals:
1. Strength: Participants will learn five essential strength training movements: Push, Pull, Squat, Carry, and Hinge.
2. Conditioning: Participants will discover how to establish a conditioning standard.
3. Commitment: Participants will understand why strength training is crucial to their success as athletes.
Despite common misconceptions about youth weight training, recent studies provide strong evidence that a structured, well-supervised, and progressive weight training program is great for young students. This program welcomes students looking to have fun, learn, maintain their health, or enhance their athletic abilities.
