About the camp:
Strength and Conditioning Camp has three primary goals:
1. Strength: Participants will learn five essential strength training movements: Push, Pull, Squat, Carry, and Hinge.
2. Conditioning: Participants will discover how to establish a conditioning standard that prepares them for any sports program.
3. Commitment: Participants will understand why strength training is crucial to their success as athletes.
Despite common misconceptions about youth weight training, recent studies provide strong evidence that a structured, well-supervised, and progressive weight training program is crucial for young athletes preparing for competition in almost all sports. This program welcomes students looking to have fun, learn, maintain their health, or enhance their athletic abilities.
